Eddie's Pizza Truck is the premier catering food truck in the new york, new jersey and connecticut area. We have done food truck catering for over 150 events ranging from corporate functions and family gatherings to after weddings and bar/bat mitzvahs. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Usually an hour before service time.
Typically an hour for events with slices (grab-and-go on the way out) or 2 hours for pies (sit down service). We stay until everyone is served and full!
No, Eddies truck/cart run on their own. We bring paper plates, napkins and plastic utensils.
If the event is on a weekend, sooner is better. We are also open to booking private events the day of the event if we are available and have the appropriate amount of supplies.
We require a $400 deposit to save the date for you.

We are willing to travel anywhere! We typically travel to NJ, Long Island, and CT, but have been to PA and MA before!

All different KINDS of pizza
Unlimited pizza with any toppings, salad, fried food, cookies/cannoli’s, and water / sodas.
Pizzas are served on trays either to your guest’s tables or a table where guests can serve themselves. Various pizzas are made so your guests can try a sampling of all different kids of pizza.
