YES, IT’S THAT EDDIE’S

The Original Eddie's Pizza of New Hyde Park, Long Island, received many requests to open in Manhattan and decided to act upon them. Eddie's decided the best way to reach as many people as possible was by being mobile. Eddie's set out to design a mobile food truck that could re-create the Bar Pie on-the-go. The Eddie's Pizza Truck uses the same bar pie recipe and cooking methods as the restaurant and offers regular and whole wheat 10" bar pies and 16" Large Pies that are thin crust, customized and made to order.

Eddie's Pizza Truck is now the premier catering food truck in the NYC, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Tri-State Area.

Eddie's Pizza Truck is the premier catering food truck in the NYC, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Tri-State Area. We have done food catering with our trucks and cart for over 1,000 events ranging from corporate functions and family gatherings to after weddings and bar/bat mitzvahs. We have several different options to fit every size event, indoors and out. Take a look at all of our options below, and when you are ready to book, click the BOOK A TRUCK button on the bottom of this page. TRUCK

Our trucks come in two sizes and are completely self sufficient. All cooking and prep can be done within the truck which can park on the street or in a driveway. Garbage cans to be provided by the client or venue should they be needed.

Truck One - 23 feet long /8.5 feet wide / 11.5 feet tall
Truck Two - 20 feet long / 8.5 feet wide / 9 feet 10 inches tall

Truck Three - 22 feet long/8.5 feet wide/11.5 feet tall

CART

Our cart has the same capabilities as the truck, just in a smaller size! The cart can be parked in driveways or the street. In some cases, we are able to park on a sidewalk. It is completely self sufficient, but will require enough space for a truck or car to put it in place before operation. Garbage cans, should they be needed, are to be supplied by the client or venue.

SAVE YOUR DATE

We receive multiple requests per day, so it is best to book as soon as you know you are ready!
We take a deposit (cash, check, or credit card) to hold your date on our calendar.
We do not hold a date until the deposit has been received.

DAY OF THE EVENT

We typically arrive 1-2 hours prior to your event.
There will be two employees at your event.
If the employees do a great job, they ❤️ tips!

SERVICE STYLE AND PARTY OPTIONS

CATERING (DURING EVENT)
We Provide: Plates, Napkins, Forks (as necessary), Bowls (as necessary), Tables for Serving, Tablecloths
You Provide: Trash Cans

GRAB AND GO (OUTSIDE EVENT)
We Provide: Plates, Napkins, Forks (as necessary), Bowls (as necessary)
You Provide: Trash Cans

OUTDOOR PARTY OPTIONS
The Truck or Cart* are good options for parking on the street or in a driveway (ground must be flat). We can serve from the street/driveway OR our employees will bring the food to the location of your choosing (indoors or outdoors).
*The cart is an additional $400.

INDOOR PARTY OPTIONS
The Table Set Up is the most recommended for an indoor event.
If the ceiling height is tall enough, the Tent Set Up is also good for indoors.
The Truck/Cart could be stationed outside and our employees will bring the food inside.

VERY few venues allow for the Truck/Cart to be indoors. There must be a freight entrance that is tall/wide enough for vehicles.

THE
RESTAURANT

Contrary to the clock on the wall which reads 1941, Eddie's Pizza was opened in the early 1930's. Eddie's perfected a pizza to be both high in flavor and low in calories. This pizza came to be known as a "bar pie" due to the fact that it is the perfect size to eat and still have room for a beer! A 10" Eddie's Personal Pizza is only 270 calories.
